Improper grey water disposal can pollute streams, harm wildlife and diminish other visitors’ experiences. Even biodegradable soap can effect the ecosystems in streams and lakes, and the food scraps from dirty dishwater can attract wildlife. That said, it's important that we learn how to properly dispose of this waste. Plan ahead by bringing two containers, a strainer, and a container for micro trash on your next camp trip. After washing dishes, hands, etc, strain the grey water through a mesh st
