Red Bistort, known scientifically as Persicaria amplexicaulis, is a perennial plant native to western China. I thought it made an interesting print more detail than I was expecting too. I found this in the wild here in Cornwall and although it is not considered to be an invasive species in the UK it is not ideal to find it in a field far away from gardens.
