👀 So who’s at fault here? The pedestrian is clearly liable for creating the hazard. Jaywalking and entering an active lane outside a crosswalk violates traffic law. ⚖ The driver acted reasonably — trying to avoid hitting a person. Even though they crashed, they didn’t cause the dangerous situation.
