AUTHORITIES RESPOND TO ANOTHER PANGA BOAT LANDING IN THE RINCON BLUFFS AREA: At 12:05pm on Tuesday afternoon, November 30 of 2021, the Ventura County Fire Department was dispatched to an investigation call in the Rincon Bluffs. The area was a stretch of beach off Mobil Pier Road near the Seacliff exit. Arriving authorities found a panga boat that was beached on the sand.
