DIG LAGAT AND KRA COMMISSIONER GENERAL HUMPHREY WATTANGA PRESIDE OVER TRANSFORMATIVE GRADUATION AT NPCE'A' EMBAKASI The Deputy Inspector General of the Kenya Police Service, Mr. Eliud Lagat, and the Commissioner General of the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), Mr. Humphrey Wattanga, presided over a colourful graduation ceremony at the National Police College Embakasi ‘A’ Campus (NPCE'A'). The event marked the successful completion of a rigorous and transformative training programme for KRA graduate
