Caity Simmers is #RookieOfTheYear. The 17 year-old took the surfing world by storm and turned the simmer up to a boil. Pay her age no mind, she has been surfing well beyond her years. Snatched up wins at Rio and Portugal this season, leaving her opponents in the water Toasted, word to her self-produced and edited surf movie.
