Today we share the story of Lolita Jackson, one of the few people to survive both the February 26, 1993 bombing and the September 11, 2001 attacks at the World Trade Center. In 1993, Jackson was at her desk on the 72nd floor of the South Tower when a bomb detonated below. Smoke quickly filled the floor, and she and thousands of others made their way down pitch-black stairwells in a multi-hour evacuation — emerging into a snowstorm outside. The lessons learned from that day shaped how her company
