Interesting find the other day. I thought it was the New York City Coat of Arms at first, but after Scott cleaned it, it turned out to be a US Naval Academy Cadet’s buckle. A handsome design, very detailed and has great symbolism. The leather that was attached to it fell apart, it was super brittle from the salt water.
