The call of a female robin 🥰 This is how I know Bobette is definitely a female robin, and that I’ve known her for over 2 years. This call is how she communicates with the male robin asking him for food. I’ve heard people say that there are other ways of telling males and females apart, like “the shape of their heads”. In my opinion I can’t see that at all and I can get very close to these robins. The only way I can tell is by this call and the fact the male will feed the female during breeding
