Watermelon Radish Salad & Miso Scallion Vinaigrette 👌🏻 I’ll admit…what drew me to watermelon radish was the color BUT I love the taste now, especially paired with this vinaigrette…they’re a bit sweeter and less spicy than regular radishes… Ingredients: •2 watermelon radishes (thinly sliced with a mandoline or potato peeler so they fold easy). •1 tbsp white miso. •2 tsp maple syrup. •grated ginger to taste. •2 scallions (light green and white part, finely chopped, save the green for topping). •
