Terrifying History on Instagram: "On August 15, 2018, at the Chelsea Piers sports complex in Stamford, Connecticut, a 5-year-old boy attending a summer camp nearly drowned in a 35-by-22-foot pool while under the supervision of lifeguard Zachary Stein, then 24 years old. Surveillance footage revealed that the child had slipped beneath the water and remained submerged for approximately 4 minutes and 39 seconds while Stein—responsible for monitoring the pool—repeatedly walked past without noticing.
