D&A Spanish Restaurant in Worcester offers mofongo with your choice of beef, pork, chicken or shrimp, featuring "Mofongo" a savory mashed blend of fried green plantains, garlic, olive oil and chicharrones (pork cracklings). You then take the sauce the beef is slow cooked in and pour it over the top. Crazy good. There are different versions of this dish done all over the Caribbean, and all of them are worth trying. |
