Aug 15, 2023 · Hey Lala N, i too faced this issue and i've solved it. Go to your fire tv settings, go to accessibility, scroll all the way down to audio description, ensure for Prime Video it is set to OFF. It was on for me and hence, whatever video that featured audio descriptions played it by default. Hope this helps!
