Various colors on Milwaukee Road passenger cars?
Jul 28, 2018 · While I mostly collect and operate eastern roadnames the MR had some of the neatest passenger cars - and the orange-maroon colors on the electrics were very nice as well. I noted in pictures and video, as well as O-gauge train cars, that M.R. passenger cars had gray and black roofs, maybe even white as well.
What are the correct Milwaukee Road MODEL paint colors?
They suggest the following: Scalecoat Reefer Orange , Testors 1104 red, Testors Gloss Gull Gray, and Floquil ATSF Mineral Brown for the underbody. I created sample cards of all of these and have been trying to match the red, gray, and underbody brown with Scalecoat and Tru color.

UP and CNW did the same thing- CNW had units and passenger cars painted in UP colors which were assigned to the Cities streamliner pool.
