配合易通行實施，大欖隧道一帶5月31日凌晨1時起分階段採取臨時交通及運輸安排。凌晨1時至3時，收費廣場、所有經青朗公路前往大欖隧道的支路分階段封閉部分行車線。凌晨3時至5時，大欖隧道和所有支路入口全線封閉，駕駛人士需改用屯門公路。 公共交通方面，大欖隧道臨時封閉期間，收費廣場巴士站暫時停用，三條通宵巴士線N269、N368、NA43會改行元朗公路和屯門公路，屯門公路巴士轉乘站將設臨時巴士站。
