The Seattle Seahawks took care of business in a big way on Friday night as they dominated the Kansas City Chiefs to the tune of 33-16. Seattle claimed their first victory of the preseason, and technically speaking, they still have not lost a game in the 2025 calendar year.

Sam Darnold looked the part of a franchise quarterback in his first appearance at Lumen Field as the Seattle Seahawks beat the Kansas City Chiefs 33-16 in a preseason game.

Kansas City's offense was held to just 156 total net yards in the game, but managed to avoid any turnovers in the exhibition contest. Second-year running back Carson Steele and rookie rusher Brashard Smith led the Chiefs' ground game with 22 yards each on seven and three carries, respectively.
