Emma Raducanu and Katie Boulter lead the charge of the British women at Wimbledon next week, where home hopes are as high as they have been for many years. British tennis star Emma Raducanu said Wimbledon did “an amazing job” in preventing a man who was accused of stalking her from buying tickets to the championships at SW19 this month.

Raducanu had been struggling with a back issue throughout her Queen’s Club campaign, where she reached the quarter-finals before being beaten by Olympic champion Qinwen Zheng, and the last eight of the doubles alongside Katie Boulter,
