A former Fox colleague says Hegseth’s alleged order to kill survivors of a boat strike may amount to a prosecutable war crime.

Rep. Jim Himes called  the unedited footage of the second strike on the Venezuelan boat "one of the most troubling things I've seen in my time in public service."

Lawmakers in both the House and the Senate have started inquiries into the "double tap" strikes, which critics have said could constitute a war crime.
