A Flood Warning has been issued for the Cumberland River at Clarksville, and flood waters are expected to reach Riverside Drive this afternoon.
Since Wednesday night, many spots across Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky have seen several inches of rain. Some isolated spots in Northwestern Middle Tennessee and Southwestern Kentucky have seen upwards of 15 inches of rainfall. Rainfall totals become much lower the further southeast you go.
