There was a celebratory mood at the Honolulu Country Club on Thursday, Aug. 14 as Hawaii's 2005 Little League World Championship team was inducted into the Hawaii Sports Hall of Fame.
The CT team won a close one in its Little League World Series opener and now faces a two-time World Series champion in its next game.
The Little League World Series brings together 20 teams from all over the world ... South Carolina, Texas, and Hawaii make up the U.S. group.
