It may have been a surprise to some when highly regarded offensive lineman Jackson Cantwell committed to Miami instead of Georgia on Tuesday, and Bulldogs head coach Kirby Smart offered some pointed comments on the current name,

Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs were expected to secure a commitment from top-ranked five-star offensive tackle Jackson Cantwell this week, but he ultimately committed to the Miami Hurricanes instead.

Kirby Smart isn’t expecting any magic plays or secret weapons on the sideline to improve his football team. Just improvement, everywhere. “If I had to pinpoint all those things (to improve) we’d be here for a long time,” Smart told WJOX-Birmingham during his radio appearance on Wednesday.
