Emily and Shane Simpson are parents to three children. All three children were born via surrogate. Their first child, Annabelle, was born in 2013. Their sons, twins Luke and Keller, were born in 2015.

Emily then explains in her confessional that she feels like she's not getting support from her husband. “Shane is a good man and he’s a good dad, but I have a son that’s in crisis," she says.
