Ford issued a recall for 20,558 cars because of a battery issue that might raise the risk of a crash. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration recall notice on Nov. 14, a manufacturing flaw in one or more of the high voltage battery cells may result in an internal short circuit and battery failure.
