Misra's exit marks the end of his formal role at SoftBank, although he will continue to be involved in the investment world through his own fund, One Investment Management.

SoftBank’s Misra was instrumental in helping founder Masayoshi Son set up the Vision Fund in 2017, helping him raise nearly $100 billion from Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Apple Inc. and other backers.
