FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- Frederik Andersen started for the Carolina Hurricanes against the Florida Panthers in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Final at Amerant Bank Arena on Monday. Andersen was the backup to Pyotr Kochetkov in the Hurricanes' 6-2 loss in Game 3 on Saturday after starting the first two games of the best-of-7 series.

Frederik Andersen will start Game 4 on Monday night, with the Florida Panthers looking to complete a sweep of the Hurricanes. He was benched in Game 3 in favor of backup Pyotr Kochetkov, who played well before the Panthers blew the game open with five goals in the third period for a 6-2 win.
