IndiGo’s Delhi-Srinagar flight suffered a sharp 3,875-feet drop in just over a minute due to severe turbulence during a hailstorm, with both Indian and Pakistani airspace diversion requests denied.

The flight carrying around 220 passengers including Trinamool Congress MPs experienced severe turbulence while it was flying over Amritsar.
