WORTHINGTON — Stevie Amescua, 44, of Las Vegas, Nevada, was arrested and charged with four felonies involving first degree sale and possession of drugs/aggravated substances following his Feb. 27 arrest in Worthington.

Douglas County commissioners are also looking into changing the speed limit to 45 mph for the entire stretch from Highway 29 to the roundabout by Pilot Travel Center.
