A report was issued from the National Weather Service on Thursday at 4:17 a.m. EST for snow until 7 a.m. EST for Midland, Bay, Huron, Saginaw, Tuscola and Sanilac counties.

Snow arrives between 6 and 10 a.m. Thursday and will fall for most of the morning. Given cold temperatures, National Weather Service forecasters say flakes could accumulate quickly with moderate to heavy snowfall expected.

The National Weather Service issued an updated winter weather advisory at 3:54 a.m. on Thursday in effect until 7 a.m. for Lawrence, Beaver, Allegheny, Washington, Greene, Westmoreland and Fayette counties.
