Much of Arkansas could see severe weather and flooding on Wednesday and more storms on Thursday, the National Weather Service said. Thomas Jones, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service office in North Little Rock, said Arkansans should plan for strong winds, large hail and a chance of tornadoes on Wednesday.
Tornadoes are expected to touch down in parts of the U.S. South on Friday, from northeastern Texas and southeastern Oklahoma into western and central Arkansas.
