It's coaching search season, and the Tennessee Titans are back at it for the second time in three years, this time looking for a coach to mentor a young roster and steer the franchise back in the direction of the postseason after four straight years of missing the playoffs.

Pittsburgh Steelers offensive coordinator Arthur Smith has head coaching interviews lined up with multiple teams following his team's playoff loss.

According to Albert Breer of Sports Illustrated, the Titans have scheduled a second interview with Green Bay Packers defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley.
