A Pittsburgh Pirates gameday employee has been suspended for an altercation, during which he took his belt off and started whipping a fan with it Sunday’s game against the Padres at PNC

The fan who fell onto the field at PNC Park last week, identified as Kavan Markwood, took his first steps since the incident on Monday, according to a post on a fundraiser set up by the mother Markwood’s girlfriend.
