The Mets captured the second game of the Subway Series on Saturday, with Soto stealing another base, something he isn't really known for.

Juan Soto is known for his on-base prowess and his smooth left-handed swing. Up until right about now, Soto has not been known as a good base runner. But the New York Mets superstar has apparently decided a Subway Series against the crosstown Yankees was a good team to change that.

Though the atmosphere paled in comparison to Friday’s Subway Series opener, anytime a play involved Soto, the Mets’ mercenary who left the Yankees for $765 million this offseason, from an at-bat to a caught fly ball in right field, the Bronx came alive.
