Update 1:34 p.m.: Jessy Elliott, the woman who prompted Thursday's Amber Alert in Savannah, is now behind bars. Her daughter, Leilani, has been recovered safe and unharmed.

Leilani Elliott, 3, was reported missing Thursday morning after a supervised visit with her biological mother, 32-year-old Jessy Elliott who has since been arrested.
