England beat Germany 3-2 after extra-time to win their second successive under-21 European Championship final and Harvey Elliott rubbed salt in their opponents' wounds

Elliott opened the scoring in style in the fifth minute when picking up a loose ball on the edge of the Germany penalty area and firing a smart finish into the bottom corner. The ex- Fulham star also played a key role in the Three Lions’ second with an excellent pass, and his performance was another which caught the eye.
