A Colorado dentist has been convicted of murder in the poisoning death of his wife and sentenced to life in prison without possible parole.

James Craig was convicted of first-degree murder in the 2023 death of his wife, Angela Craig. Prosecutors say he served her protein shakes laced with arsenic and later poisoned her with cyanide at a hospital.

Prosecutors claimed James Craig purchased arsenic and cyanide and secretly dosed his wife using protein shakes.
