A Tornado Watch has been issued for our inland SE GA counties ahead of a line of thunderstorms. Storms will arrive later this afternoon, and into the evening across the coastal corridor.

On Sunday at 12:45 a.m. an updated tornado watch was issued by the National Weather Service in effect until 3 a.m. for Cullman, Franklin, Lawrence, Limestone, Madison and Morgan counties.

Several Wiregrass counties have been put under a tornado watch as the Wiregrass is under a level 2 risk of severe weather Sunday night. The watch was issued for Houston, Dale, Henry, Coffee, Geneva, and Barbour counties.
