Chad Jennings of The Athletic (subscription required) recently wrote about one of the biggest snubs from the NL All-Star team being Trea Turner.

Several players on the Philadelphia Phillies, including Trea Turner, had choice words about Christopher Sanchez and Ranger Suárez not being selected as reserves for the All-Star Game. Designated hitter Kyle Schwarber is the only Phillie who was elected to play in the All-Star Game and stated it’s unfortunate and he wishes his teammates were there.
