Severe storms moved through the Pittsburgh region early Thursday morning as as tornado warnings and severe thunderstorm warnings were issued for parts Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.Just before 5 a.

The Storm Prediction Center has issued a "slight risk" for severe weather impacting the following counties in Pennsylvania on Monday: Accumulations will range from a few tenths of an inch up to 1 inch in areas affected by heavy thunderstorms. Storms are expected to occur between 3 p.m. and 10 p.m.

On Monday at 6:12 p.m. the National Weather Service released a tornado warning in effect until 6:45 p.m. for Berks County.

More than 13 million Americans were under tornado watch on Wednesday evening, as destructive storms struck across the Midwest and South.

Two people were killed in Tennessee, officials said, and millions of people were under severe weather advisories and more than 300,000 customers had lost power.

Another round of strong storms moved through the Chicago area Wednesday afternoon. There was a Tornado Warning for part of northwest Indiana, which has since expired.
