Scandinavian Airlines has entered into an agreement to acquire 45 Embraer (ERJ) E195-E2 aircraft, with purchase rights for an additional 10 aircraft – the largest SAS jet order direct from a manufacturer since 1996.

The regional carrier is pursuing fleet renewal and market expansion with new, high-volume Embraer aircraft, booking its largest order in decades.
