Following the tragic stampede outside the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium that resulted in 11 deaths during the IPL 2025 victory celebrations of Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) on June 4, Bengaluru Police have arrested four officials linked to the incident.

A tragic stampede has occurred outside M Chinnaswamy Stadium during RCB’s victory celebrations. Thousands of fans had gathered across the city to celebrate the team’s maiden IPL win. However, several people have been killed and multiple others injured in a stampede outside the stadium as authorities failed to control the crowd.

Bengaluru police have arrested RCB marketing head Nikhil Sosale and detained three officials of event organising in connection with the stampede that killed 11 people outside M Chinnaswamy Stadium.
