Lily Allen just gave fans another update on her mental health, shutting down rumors that she's been using drugs. On the latest episode of her Miss Me? podcast posted Thursday (Jan. 9), the 39-year-old singer told co-host Miquita Oliver that she's "really not in a good place" lately.

Lily Allen opened up about her "spiraling" mental health on "Miss Me?," the podcast she hosts with her longtime friend Miquita Oliver.

Allen also used the opportunity to shut down “vicious rumors” she had relapsed and was going to rehab. She has often used her podcast as a platform to discuss mental health — revealing in December 2024 that she had been having difficulty eating for the last three years after suffering from bulimia in the past.

Lily Allen revealed on the Miss Me? podcast that she is struggling with her mental health and will be stepping back from work commitments. She expressed difficulties in feeling interested in anything,

"When things are not going so well and life is tough, as it is for many people for all manner of reasons, having to hold things together is really hard."
