Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds' publicist Leslie Sloane filed a motion to dismiss, asking to be removed from Justin Baldoni's $400 million lawsuit. In the filing, her lawyers say Lively 'bravely spoke up about Baldoni’s predatory behavior.

Leslie Sloane claimed she was "dragged" into the litigation as "smoke and mirrors" for Baldoni's "own sexual harassment and systematic retaliation."

Baldoni denied the allegations and subsequently filed a $400 million countersuit against Lively, Sloan and Lively’s husband Ryan Reynolds. Baldoni accused the group of civil extortion, defamation, false light invasion of privacy and other claims.
