Zachery Ty Bryan allegedly beat and choked a woman before authorities arrested the former child star on Jan. 1. The "Home Improvement" actor was released on Jan. 3.

The unidentified woman — who reportedly shares a child with Bryan, 43 — allegedly told police the “Home Improvement” alum punched her on the left side of her face and also put her in a choke hold, making her fear for her life. The woman’s injuries are consistent with her story, the police report says, per TMZ.

Home Improvement' star Zachery Ty Bryan was arrested Thursday on domestic violence charges. It is his third arrest in the past 18 months.

The woman, who shares children with Zachery Ty Bryan, told officers that Bryan had choked her and punched her in the face multiple times.
