A new Amnesty International report published Thursday says the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation uses a militarized aid mechanism that enables Israel to use starvation as a weapon of war and inflict genocide against Palestinians.

The report specifically calls out Israel's ongoing aid blockade and near-daily killings of desperate Palestinians at militarized aid distribution sites.

The U.K.-based human rights group condemned Israel and the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, which the U.S. and Israel have backed to take over aid distribution in Gaza from a network led by the United Nations.
