LOS ANGELES (AP) — Chris Paul will be wearing his No. 3 jersey in his return to the LA Clippers. Newly acquired Bradley Beal has agreed to give Paul the number that Beal has worn his entire NBA career, according to Lawrence Frank, president of basketball operations.

ESPN's Ohm Youngmisuk noted on Tuesday that Bradley Beal has volunteered to let Chris Paul have the jersey number he has worn dating back to his time in high school at West Forsyth. Youngmisuk added Beal hasn't decided what number he will wear during the 2025-26 season.
The Los Angeles Clippers have been busy this offseason and could be again during the 2027 offseason as they've been predicted to pursue a superstar.
