Chase Briscoe became the first driver to win poles at NASCAR’s first three crown jewel races in one season after posting a fast lap of 183.165 mph to win at his home state Brickyard 400

This race is one every driver wants on their resume. The Brickyard 400 is considered one of the sport’s crown jewel races, as Indianapolis Motor Speedway is the third-oldest track in the world. The flat, paved straightaways produce lots of speed. The top guys in the field are expected to exceed 200 miles per hour multiple times.

The Joe Gibbs Racing driver leads the Cup Series with seven wins in crown jewel races (Daytona 500, Southern 500, Brickyard 400, Coca-Cola 600) and would become the fifth driver to complete the grand slam with a win at Indy.
