Authorities said Sophia is three months pregnant and believed to be traveling with the father of the unborn child, 40-year-old Gary Day, who has a no-contact order with the teen. He was last seen at Sophia's residence at 7:48 a.m. on Monday, per the agency.

An Amber Alert was issued in Wisconsin Monday night for 16-year-old Sophia Martha Franklin. The alert originated out of Beaver Dam in Dodge County. Franklin, 16, is believed to be with Gary F.

Charges have been filed and an arrest warrant has been issued against the 40-year-old man suspected of abducting a 16-year-old Beaver Dam girl, according to online court records.
